My 1995 f150 4x4 5.0l is SD, I am however unsure if it has a o2 sensor. The reason I am asking is because I would like to purchase and install long tube headers. Also, would I be able to run gt40 heads with sd or not? If so, do I need a new cam?
You can do headers and a mild EFI friendly cam, or heads and headers, but not all 3. Your truck will have one O2 sensor at the Y pipe junction and it must be reinstalled in the exhaust after the headers are installed, with longtubes it is recommended you place it in the passenger side collector.

Ok, since I can't do all three, am I able to have the e7 ported and run a cam with long tubes? Also, is there such thing as medium length tubes? I realized that with offroading, long tubes would be risky.
Same boat I am in, 5 speed makes you speed density. Could always look for a mustang wiring harness and swap to maf. That way you could do more down the road
