Cleaky sound

Cleaky sound
Hi guys!
My transmission began to make a cleaky sound. I did a ****
and thats started after that
.
When it is on neutral and 4x4 engage too. When Im on first speed too on 4x4.
When I upshift 1-2-3-4-5, all is good. I downshift 5-4-3-2-1 no sound, all is good. When I release the throttle on 1-2-3 speed, thats make this metalic sound.
I accelerate, no sound.

I think not. That's not from engine or exhaust system, that's sound like gear problem
