Hey guys, I got a 2019 f250 6.7 so for the first time I tried to used the defrost on my morning commute. Happens to be stuck on the face position like it would be if you were running it on max ac. Any thoughts? I’ve tried everything I can think of! Can’t get it into the dealer for another week or so! Doesn’t even sound like it’s trying to switch to any other position could it be the electric selector? I also attempted to switch it on the touch screen as well and nothing happens? Any info is appreciated!
Reset, by holding power for radio and forward button on cluster same time for 5 seconds, then turn on auto and dual climate control. What trim level do you have?
