A/C always on

A/C always on

2002 F250 5.4 auto the a/c stays on all the time no matter what location the control switch is in. Any ideas, or tips on troubleshooting? Thanks!

Most of the auto's today use the AC to dry the air no matter what the selection. Vent should still be without AC though.

The a/c does stay on in all the vent positions.

From: Northern Indiana

Pull the connector off of the low-pressure switch. If it goes off you have a control problem. If it stays on you have a short somewhere.
