I know this is a suspension question but all of you guys have had to do this at some point. What is the best ball joint with grease fittings? I understand Moog is a shadow of what they used to be. Who is the big dog today?
I used Moog on 2 Ford vans 4 & 7 years ago. I sold the E3350 after putting on 40k with Moog steering components and ball joints. No complaints. When I have to replace ball joints in my E350 van, I will go with TooManyToys advice-Dana or Dynatrac.
I've been using the lifetime free replacement gold ones from Napa. I haven't had to replace any of them under warranty to date on any of the trucks. They are gold anodized with blue boots. These part numbers are for 2005+ 4x4 6.0 trucks. They are greasable and not cheap.
I've had a few not great experiences with mevotech. I've always been a Moog guy, but the next set I'm looking for some dynatracs, if not that then OEM.

Used to be a Moog guy also. I had Moog everything on my 99 Expedition. Not sure when but they went really downhill. When it was time to replace all the steering and suspension bits on my Jeep WK1, I used Mevotech and was really disappointed. Most of it rusted within a few months.
For ball joints, I’d like to get the Dynatracs. If the budget doesn’t allow $700 on ball joints, I’ll probably try XRF.
