93 OD light blinks while slowing down?

93 OD light blinks while slowing down?
Hey y’all, my OD light on the end of the column started blinking but only while slowing down and it typically goes away when she’s up to operating temp. It never blinks long enough for me to read the code. The truck is a 93 250 7.3 IDI. I know the 94s and up can have a issue with that if the third brake light is out but these only have the cargo light back there. Anyone ever had this issue before? Thanks!

Of course it blinks long enough to read the code. The code stays in memory for about a month after the last time it blinks.
If you're trying to count the blinks, you'll be there forever and won't get the code. The light does not blink out the code number. It just blinks on/off for as long as it sees a problem.
