What are these plugs

I've got these 4 plugs on the back of my cab, 2 on each side. Any one know what they are from?

Defintely not factory. I do not think it was for racks on the bed as the cab can twist one way and the bed another. Maybe it was for mounting something on the in side.

Can you post a larger pic of the bolts both inside and out?

Is your truck green or silver?

I can't tell what part of the cab I'm looking at.

It’s a right brain- left brain thing.
I couldn’t tell what I was looking at either. All the way to the left you’ll see the drivers door handle, that helps put it into perspective.

Got it! I wonder if they are Nutserts for hooks? Wouldn't be for an antenna unless there are more further up. Snaps for a tonneau cover? Nah. Probably upper anchors for seat belt harness, but kinda low for that. Hmm.

Do you have a pic of the inside behind the seat? Must be something important mounted in there. Odd someone would do all that body work and paint but have those in such a highly visible area.

Nice looking truck!

A previous owner may have had exhaust stacks on it, once upon a time, and those were left over to hide support bracket holes?
