6.0 no start...lost!

6.0 no start...lost!
Hey all,
So I have a 06 f350 and I had a bad hpop which i replaced along with the ipr, icp, stand pipes, dummy plugs and couplers. Got everything back together, hook my scanner back up.
KOEO
ficm mp- 48
Ficm v-12
Ficm sync-no
Icp psi-0
Icp v-.23
Ipr- 14
While cranking
Ficm sync- yes
Icp psi-1300
Ipr-59
But the truck wont turn over, I wondering what else it could be now.
I'm half tempted to push it off a cliff!
And input would be great
Fyi not a mechanic but this truck had made me one lol.
