I just purchased a 2006 F350 turbo diesel/ 1 ton
need to replace both batteries
Thinking I’d like the silver”s in it
where to get them and what cranking amps do I need to have
my first time owning a diesel
l would buy a pair of either the Odyssey 65-PC1750T, or the Northstar NSB-AGM65, or the X2 Power SLI65AGMDP batteries. The last two are quite similar as that X2 is made by Northstar for Batteries Plus. Good luck, Russ

The X2 Power is what I recently went with. 5 year warranty. They are the kind of battery that you get when you find a 20% (at least) off sale. Still, if they last 5 years, it will be much better than the last few sets I have had (after the DieHard Platinums made by Odyssey died).
I lease the Walmart’s for 30-36 months, then start a new lease. No warranty tried, I flip before they drop the voltage too low for me even though they don’t qualify for warranty replacement. $5 to $6 per month lease, less then I spend on coffee.
We all have different approaches to the batteries.
