have you checked your version? my 2019 came with 3.0, 3.0 is pretty stable, 3.3 is very stable, 3.4 seems to be stable and has the new maps 1.18
It says Build 18093 and Navigation version 1 17. I don't know what the difference would be with the update they informed me about via email.
I like that new version that you have, for now I think I want to wait, see if any issues are discovered and fixes found. Basically just make sure its stable and any bugs worked out.

ive yet to see any issues with either 3.3 or 3.4 ive played with both. 3.4 GUI looks better though. I went back to 3.3 because I like the all black night mode.
I took my truck in last week to get the broken sunroof frame replaced. I asked them about the TSB for the stereo always reverting to AM. They did the TSB and it now always stays on XM....finally!!
The dimming issue is common to the super dutys and F150s. When you remote start and the SYNC display is set to automatic dimming, the screen comes on at full brightness when you get inside and start the truck. To get it to the correct dimming setting, you have to manually bump the dimming buttons then the screen goes back to the brightness it was originally set at. This did not happen with the older SYNC software versions. This is especially noticeable at night.

Hmm, I cant say I've noticed, I've only remote started in the daytime so that might be why. I do hate how bright the screen is at night time when the start button is pressed and headlights are off. I have to change it from auto to night to avoid that. It should just know it's dark out and automatically dim regardless of whether or not the lights are on.
