hi i m trying to lift my 1996 f 250 2 wd i installed the 2.5" level block an the extreme adjustable bushing but ??? i need more , the wheel are still in at the bottom ?? anyone know where i can get the axel pivot brackets those should do the trick thanks billy
yup !! positive camber i have the bushing adjusted the knuckle almost touching an i dont think the grinding would help but i m open to suggestions how much can i safely remove thanks for any suggestions
I have the exact issue. I only used a 1 1/2" spacer in front to level the truck which it did. The passenger side is the problem with the bushing rubbing the knuckle. This is only the case on the 2WD. The driver side has more room. My wheels are positive but only slightly. I did grind down the inside of the knuckle a little for additional clearance. If you do that you would have to use your own discretion as to what you feel is a safe amount to remove. If you could go to 1 1/2" lift you could correct more positive camber. Mine is only off about a degree on the passenger side now. Decision only you can make. Sandy
yeah i think i m gonna get some kind of steel i will mount in the original bracket an just extend it 2" an get a welding shop to finish it ??
thats what i m thinking of doin the 2.5" level makes the trk level not going down hill all the time
i found some i ordered thru summit , but the pic on summit is not for the 2 wd but the order number is the picture is just for reference ??? which thru me for a loop !!
