Ive already told you.
Depends how much drop your radius arm brackets have.
On a 79 F150 stock lift uses 2* bushings, 2-3" of lift will use 4* and 4" will use 7*. Since you have 6" lift springs and drop brackets, that generally move the radius arm brackets down 4", then you would have 2-3" difference between the axle and new mounting point of the brackets.
4* Cs should work fine
