I ordered and installed the GTR 4257 switchbacks in my 2019 F250 without any issues. I have had them in for about 2 months and they are working great. I solid snap in when installed. I used FORScan to eliminate the need for resistors.

Yes, for 2019-2021 Ford F-150 front turn signal lights bulbs, the OEM bulb is 4257/4257NA, not 7444NA (the owner manual is incorrect), 4257 is also different with 3157 bulbs, so if you want to upgrade to LED, it is recommended to try Alla Lighting4257 LED switchback bulbs, which is same base as OEM bulb, please note due to the led bulbs draw much less current than stock lamps, extra load resistors maybe required to avoid the signal hyper flash.

I haven't switched out my bulbs yet, but everything I read is the 6.7 diesel has a different set up than the gas. You can't get to the back of the headlights without removing the grille. If that isn't the case, let me know. This would definitely change my mind on the order I want to set up my light bars and to the swap.

I have a 2019 F250 6.7 and I replaced the headlight bulbs without removing the grill. It’s tight but can definitely be done.

My only experience is with 6.2 and 7.3 gassers. But some suggestions from my experience and from what some diesel owners have posted include - Removing one battery or the other depending on your application, removing the washer fluid tank snorkel and removing the air intake snorkel.
Maybe this will save you the headache of grille removal. I've done it both ways. I got so I could change all 4 headlights out of a 6.2 in about 15 minutes without removing anything. My 7.3 with dual batteries was a little different animal.
