Dashboard lights are nuts

Tonight, I turned on my lights on my 2001 F250 7.3 PSD and everything was normal, until I turned on my left turn signal. When I did, the dashboard lights flashed in time with the signal, then turned off. The stayed off when I used my right turn signal, and only operate when I press the brake - solid lights, and when I use my left turn signal - flashing lights. The interior light works when I roll up the switch, and all the other lights - headlights, tail, brake and reverse lights - work. I also noticed that when I hit the alarm arming button on my fob, the horn works but the parking lights don't flash.

I've looked but this seems unique.

Any thoughts?
