Continuous lean bank 1 code help please
We have a 2006 e250 4.6 liter work van. Need help determining cause of long term fuel trim + 20 percent bank 1. No signs of vacuum leaks or injector faults on scan tool plus no misfire codes but at idle very poorly running and shaking. O2 sensor data and switching look good after removing spark plugs bank 1 noticed some oil around plug end and after replacing all four plugs fuel trim was normal about 3 percent +\- for week or so then today again van starting rumming real tough at idle and after scan tool long term fuel trim back above 20 percent bank 1. Question is what would cause van to run good for couple weeks with new plugs then again have lean fuel trim bank 1 return to pre plug replacement so quickly.
