94 e150 RKE location
94 e150 with 5.0
Having some issues with my remote keyless entry.
I want to try to program a new remote in hopes that it will clear up the issues I’m having.
Only problem is, I can’t seem to locate the rke.
Everything I’ve read says it’s under the steering column, but for the life of me I can’t find it.

I'm not sure because of the earlier year, but I know the later models the location is behind the drivers seat.

Ill check underneath...I don’t know how it would be possible to be behind the drivers seat as there isn’t anywhere to put it...

Not underneath the seat, on the upper side panel. You'd have to remove any interior panels to get to it. But like I mentioned, I'm not sure if that's the case with the older E Series vans.

Yes, any paneling would need to be removed. But that's saying it's located there, I'm not 100% sure on your year. I know that's where it's located on later models.

On my '98 according to the TSM printed by Ford it is behind the Driver side (LH) 'B' pillar on the wall. On my '98 that wall trim snaps off like Monogram models of the '70's
