I hope they are taking it to the ford service dept. for the repair. You will want to verify that they use oem parts and filters.

Yes, it is at the Ford dealer. They performed the diagnosis and recommend the repair. The Ford dealer will also be completing the repair with OEM parts.

Once the repair is complete, and the condition/symptom has been verified corrected, a five star review would definitely be called for both dealerships for stepping up to the plate.
