OK, you can have a gander at these and maybe you will get lucky...

My concern is that the wire is blue, then it looks to be spliced into a red with yellow strace wire. You should be able to look at these diagrams and nail it down through the process of elimination as to what is and is not hooked up to the relays there. If that wire does not go to either of the relays, you may have to physically trace it back if you cannot identify it on any of these diagrams below.

This is a screen shot snip of the AIH and GPR section from the first link in the post I did above. See anything that might help? The RED/YEL wire #2 going to terminal #87 on the AIH relay is catching my eye...

Fellas I'm only half cocked, but I see a red/ with yellow tracer and someone sleeved a wire and shrunk it to a Blue wire and crimped connector.

Dead giveaway was the wire gauges are not correct on the connector side.

I think that's just a fuseable link.

Here's another pic:

I think Sous is right, To give this theory a test, take a dvom or probe light to the connector and key on it should have voltage of 12 plus. KO should read zero.

This section that Sous posted seems to fit. I think you are holding the fuse link wire that should go on top of the red wire going to the AIH.
