My concern is that the wire is blue, then it looks to be spliced into a red with yellow strace wire. You should be able to look at these diagrams and nail it down through the process of elimination as to what is and is not hooked up to the relays there. If that wire does not go to either of the relays, you may have to physically trace it back if you cannot identify it on any of these diagrams below.
This is a screen shot snip of the AIH and GPR section from the first link in the post I did above. See anything that might help? The RED/YEL wire #2 going to terminal #87 on the AIH relay is catching my eye...
I think Sous is right, To give this theory a test, take a dvom or probe light to the connector and key on it should have voltage of 12 plus. KO should read zero.
