Reason: Missing info
Were all those issues the reason for taking it in the first time? In other words, after all the stuff that was replaced, is it still doing the exact same thing that you wanted them to fix the first time?
if the answer is yes, I’d suggest a different shop, as it kind of sounds like they’re just throwing parts at to to see what might fix it

Looking for technical response, changing shops next.
Not as familiar with the 6.2, but does it have the same relearn requirement the other modular motors have for the throttle body?
If the TB was replaced, or the battery disconnected for any length of time, the computer will basically forget how to idle - it will drive like crap, and stall at stops; especially once it warms up.
If memory serves, the process was:
- Disconnect battery to clear keep alive memory
- Set parking brake
- Ensure lights, radio, AC, etc are all turned off
- Reconnect battery
- Start engine and let idle until it reaches minimum operating temp (~175 deg F)
- Once at operating temp, let it idle for at least one minute
- Turn on AC
- Let it idle for at least one minute
- Step on brake, release parking brake, place in "D" - let idle at least one minute
- Drive truck reasonably for ~30 miles to facilitate relearn
I just ran into this after doing timing chains on a 5.4 - would fall on its face and stall every time we let off the throttle.

No way it will stall when 're-learning' The baseline programming will keep the truck running. It's just fine tuning the way you drive. If it stalls there is a problem, relearn or not.
