Hi- Looking for F75Z-19A522-AA, which is the controller on top of the auxiliary a/c behind the right wheel well. It's a circuit board above the blower that is in with the jack.
Several Ford parts sites are showing it obsolete. Neither my blend door nor my floor ceiling doors are working and this is the first common part up from the acctuators. The potentiometers test good at the ceiling drivers position.
Can you post a pic of the part your looking for? Some Expedition parts work on Excursions for AC.
Both the door actuators flow up to this module and both are acting the same way- the motors are pretty centered and just fidgeting a little back and forth. You can see actuators high in the pic. I took one side of the cover off (thank you Canadian guy on YouTube) and watched it.

Reason: Issues with phone and computer
Are they fidgety when only installed to the air box?
I found this and posted a few pics , as something to consider when trouble shooting airflow issues on the rear system.
I acctually opened them up with the electrical connectors on and watched the insides while my daughter moved the pots up front. The motors would turn two or three times one way and then two or three times the other while staying pretty neutral. Note this is not the part the inserts into the door- given the gearing of the motor to the actuator the part that moves the door hardly moved at all.
Part of my suspicion is that the actuators were in neutral- both of them. The pots a bout 50-5000 ohms, which is in spec. But the actuators were neutral and didn't go off it enough to matter.
Would it be worthwhile to try get one from a wrecking yard? It supposed to be the same from a 97 to 05 Expedition. There were quite a few Expeditions in the yard by me.
