Receipt from a purchased nozzle from Ford within the last 2 years. That's all my dealer required.

Did you ever find the washer?
I was going to ask if perhaps the old one got left in the hole. It's happened before and can end up with a result like yours where two crush washer won't seal things up.

I did not ever find the washer but it’s definitely not in the injector bore.

So ford did replace the injector under warranty. I got the new injector installed and did a bubble test before reinstalling the oil rail. It failed.
So I pulled the # 7 glow plug and tried bubble test again, still got bubbles. So now I reinstall the # 7 glow plug and go to the next one correct? Once bubbles stop that will tell me which cylinder is having issues right? I did originally get codes for 1 and 3 also, could number 7 failed bad enough to damage those as well?

thanks for all the help and videos y’all have posted so far.

A failure like you had usually just starves the other injectors, but it is possible an injector starved for fuel can score the plunger.

Just continue the hunt as you stated.

So what if I’m still getting bubbles with all 4 glow plugs removed?

Then you need to check the other bank too.

I've not had this issue, but this is Pete's video of checking the fuel bowl.

So it’s possible that Drivers side cylinders have issues now from the cylinder 7 issue

From what I've seen it tends to stay on the one bank. But, that does not preclude you don't have multiple issues.

So I have never had any issues or codes for the drivers side, have never even pulled the valve cover on that side in the 8 years I’ve had it. Is there any other possible reason to fail the bubble test with all glow plugs out on the passenger side other that injectors in the the driver side?

Even with the glow plugs out you still have a pressure build-up. Depending on how bad injector leaks are theoretically you still may. You had the other faults on the side, for the price of injector seal kits I would pull all on that side for inspection at this point to ensure the bank is good. Damaged cups that are pressed into the head can also be an issue, but that's pretty rare.

So I pulled injectors 1,3 and 5 and replaced orings and copper washer. Put them back in and passed the bubble test so I just finished reinstalling everything and am about to try and start it.

Should i expect some smoke when it starts? If so how much and how long? What should I be looking for to know if I’m in good or bad shape after the hydro lock?

Great to hear.

Smoke will depend on how much fuel is in the cat and muffler.

What to look for would be no codes, normal engine vibration, and no codes.

Started up with a cloud of smoke, not much though. No codes yet, idle feels smooth but have a sound I’ve not heard before
