The negative battery cable is still available from Ford and is relatively inexpensive. A few places like LMR offer pre-made cables.
If I needed one, I would have the positive cable made custom by a pro. Starter and Alternator shops are the places to visit for this kind of service, but they are largely a dying breed. You can buy the tools to do it yourself, but the average person wouldn't use them enough to justify the expense.
Try to avoid the generic part store cables if you can. They just don't last.

I am planning on making them myself. I’ve got a hammer crimper and know how to solder the ends on.
