Need some help decoding a serial #

Ford called it the serial number, but that's a misnomer, it's known as the VIN (Warranty Number on Warranty Plates). The serial number is the last 6 digits of the VIN
F10 = F100 2WD
C = 292 2V
E = Mahwah NJ Assembly Plant.
491301 = 1964 Numerical Sequence of Assembly, the trucks specific serial number.
128" Wheelbase.
BM: B = Caribbean Turquoise / M = Wimbledon White.
F100 2WD, 5000 lbs. GVWR
C81: C = Medium Green Crush Vinyl & Medium Green Check Stripe Pattern Woven Plastic / 81 = 81B Custom Cab.
A = Ford type 3.03 3 Speed Manual all Synchromesh Transmission.
12 = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.89-1 / 3,300 lbs. Axle Capacity.
5,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

26 = Washington DC Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
