Prob a toss up at that point. By its self your camper even loaded is going to below 3000 lbs but add in your car trailer and you might want to take the BIG Wig, but for certain you need more than OEM.
That said the bigger the diameter of the sway bar the harsher the ride...which is the prime reason why American cars run smaller swaybars. I personally detest the soft spongy ride of US cars which is why I beef up the suspension with larger F/R swaybars. So a lot is riding on your driving habits and how soft you want that ride. The Big Wig is an adjustable swaybar so you have some flex.
OEM Vs Hellwig Big Wig
I always change out he front with hellwig and also put a rear.
I have used the Helwig sway bars, have had problems with other Helwig products, the sway bars are ok, but I much prefer the Roadmaster sway bars, I run them front and rear on my '03 F350.
What did you need to do to do the install on the drivers side, is the fuel/Def tank in your way or what?
I installed the drivers frame bracket and thought how the heck am I going to get the upper link nut and bolt together. I removed the bolt that holds the frame bracket in and it exposed it easily. Tightened it all up and then re-installed the frame bracket bolt. It actually was really quite easy, until I used the wrong bolt and had to take it apart and swap them. lol
