So, what is this?

I found this on the passenger side bank of my 2015 F350. Haven’t been able to figure where it came from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a distorted oring thats been there a while, it has a B491E part number on it.

It looks like the rubber pieces where the plastic intake assembly fits into near/under the throttle body?

That's it! I just looked below the throttle body and can see the outline in the bracket it was mounted to. It looks to be just an isolator to prevent rattling so I'll wait until changing plugs to deal with it.
