Tank is full of fuel, RUN SHELL DIESEL. Batteries are year and 4 months old, No cranking issues, Tested the volts batteries at 12.15 to 12.18 standing
When running 14.75 at idle Was a former Fire dept Van Heavy duty Alternator
Oil level is fine and clean, Change every 5000k No check engine light, No codes Yet
Now Will A CPS CAUSE THIS TYPE OF ISSUE AFTER SHUT DOWN HAVE A FACTORY UPDATED FORD COMING
Ok After like 4 hrs it will fire up and run fine
Tried a new CPS tonight, starts like normal after it sat for like 6 hrs

Same issue cranks no start, no smoke
Might be failing IPR coil, before this happens wet a rag and put it on the freezer, when it does it again get that cold rag from the freezer and put it over the IPR coil and let it cool off and try and restart your truck, if it starts you have a bad IPR coil.
Thanks for the tip It is a E350 van and Ford crammed everything in there Just to get to the IPR I have to take the whole air intake off I think to access the IPR To try the test with the rag? Might want to spend the 160 on the part If I do the disassemble work The van only has 100k Now I would think Its PO being the fire dept would of kept up on oil changes Bought it with 87K I have had it for 13k I have done 3 oil services already, use Ford filters
Do the IPR fail due to heat? Or dirty oil ? I am in So Cal
