Trying too hard to find a replacement speedometer cable for my 66 F100. I purchased one from a local NAPA store but the end that goes into the tranny is wrong. It's too narrow compared to the cable that's in there. Like I said it's a 66 F100, with a 3 speed automatic (think it's either a C4). Any help would be appreciated. The picture is of the end that is in the truck now
Edit: Wait, am I an idiot? Do the black gears on the speedometer cable come off?
I have an unused trans cable that looks similar to the cable in U'r pic that has been collecting dust for past several years and if a member can I.D. the cable and it is appropriate for U'r application U can have it if interested. From the tip of the cable to the end of the housing measures approx. 85 1/2", there is a tag FoMo C5TA-XXXX I may be able to make out a few of the other numbers it the P/N and application is correct for U'r application if interested.

I appreciate the offer but I have a brand new one sitting on my desk. It's been collecting dust for about a year because I had no idea the driven gear was a thing that could be taken off and put on the new one. So I settled on screw it and used the tach reading as a speedometer
