Hell I am getting all that on my Lariat Ultimate I just ordered and lots more for 77,000.

What is the lots more? If you compare the base MSRP of a Platinum vs Lariat you will see a difference. Some of that difference is in the standard features the Platinum gets that are options for the Lariat. Aside from that, better leather, different interior and exterior accents etc.

There was a leftover 18 350 at my local dealership up until a month ago. I couldn't understand why it was still there till I looked at the window sticker, $78k. I think at that price people just shop the Platinum or KR.

Actually, you're not getting everything. I created build sheets for a Platinum and a Lariat (that was $77K) equipped as identically as possible. Went back and forth trying to decide. The Platinum was $4,810 more. That $4,810 got me polished aluminum wheels, massaging seats, black headliner, Dark Marsala leather, a cheese grater grille, and a big shiny placard on the tailgate that lets everyone know I'm driving a Platinum. Really, it was the wheels and unique color of the leather that sold me on the Platinum. I have zero regrets. $77K or $82K, it's an insane amount of money.
