7.3 e4od code p0708. Help!

I have a 97 7.3 with a fairly new beefed up e4od.
I broke my front driveline and it banged around a little bit one night and my truck started flashing the overdrive light. When I start my truck up it will lope for a bit and stop. When I’m driving i have 2nd gear when my shifter is in second. Nothing changes when I got to first. When I shift to drive I only have 4th gear. Tranny will not shift by itself but will go in and out of overdrive. Next thing that is weird is when I put my ts chip in my truck, it stops loping and my overdrive light no longer flashes or works and it will not show any codes. I’ve replaced transmission range sensor, wiring doesn’t appear to be damaged, changed the filter and fluid and much more. I’m stumped.

The wiring is probably damaged. If you haven't checked the harness electrically you have no idea if the harness is good or not.

Do you know where I can get a full wiring harness and not just the trs pig tail.

I believe the updated TRS comes with a new pigtail, i know mine did when I bought thru Autozoo.

They are not available. You will have to make one, or fix the damage to the one you have.

Test the harness and switch together. There are variations in pin configurations, not sure what years this chart covers. Check yours for a match, but this gives you a start. This
