Cloyes C3079

Can anyone tell me if the Cloyes C3079 timing gear set is a straight up set or one with the retard built into it?
It shows it is for a 92 to 98 460.

If it has 3 keyways in the crank sprocket, it adjusts 0 or +4 or -4 degrees. Installation instructions should explain.

no instructions and it only has one key way.
Did not pay much for it.
