Phew. Glad you're not upset that we've been hijacking your thread. Rather shellfish of us.

That’s refreshing . In this day and age, people often get upset if you tell a pollack joke.

Not sure how I live with myself...

Im waiting to get into my account online for my bank account, Im thinking about ordering the camshaft and fuel pump for my engine build. Now I am starting to second guess my choice of camshaft and if I made the right decision for what I am wanting out of the camshaft. I also am second guessing the fuel pump I decided on because I really don't want a damn chrome fuel pump, so now I am back looking at the carter muscle car fuel pump that is considerably lower gph freeflow than the chrome holley fuel pump I was looking at.

Rusty, I still don't think you need that big fuel pump as you will not be any where close to using it on the street.
If this was a full out race motor then maybe.

I got motivated today.
Replaced the fuel tank switch valve, installed the cab corner filler panels used on flare side trucks, checked the fit of the lic. plate light on the repop bracket it needs a little work to fit, got a Ford radio / tape player off Ebay and checked the fit and wiring so I can bench test it someday.
Lastly I did not like how low my hitch was sitting so I flipped it just need new hardware.

I know im looking at the stock 82 F150 302 pump by carter and the carter muscle car fuel pump which is like 5 gph higher than the stock pump that's correct for my truck. Only reason I keep looking at the higher dollar pump is summit has that $50 off on orders of $500 or more going on right now and the Crane cam that I am questioning now due to contradictions was only priced at $411 and not at $500.

It's been in the 100s all week so I've been sitting inside trying to stay cool. The forcast says it will be in the high 80's for a week so hopefully I can get my firewall done now. After it today.

They say mid 90's here for the weekend so unless I get out to the garage early like 4am not much will get done here either.

We’re having our first 100’s here as well. Been out in the garage around 4:15 am trying to get a little done. Gets hot fast.
