Where is the Speed Control Amplifier Assembly?

Where is the Speed Control Amplifier Assembly?
1990 E350 with 460 Cid engine.
Can someone direct me to where under the dash the Speed Control Amplifier Assembly is/goes?
Also, what are the things circled? I believe the brass-colored thing is the Speed Control Relay, as the part number is E07A-9C792-AA.
Also, since the Relay is wired to the same harness as the two connectors, my guess is those two connectors go (went) to the Amplifier Assembly.
I had the cruise looked at by my mechanic a year or so ago, they were unable to fix it. I wonder if they removed my Amplifier Assembly and didn't put it back?

OK guys, I could use some help here.
I went and sprung for the Ford Rotunda cruise control tester. Best $70 I ever spent. Lets you test your cruise control system in about 3 minutes.
My system checks out 100%.
Problem is, I cannot find the amplifier assembly to plug these wires back into. I suspect my mechanic removed it. The CC worked in this RV when I bought it, and I have only ever had one mechanic work on the CC. They looked at it twice. First time they found that the CC motor was not working properly - I fixed that - the braided cable crimp bead had come off so I replaced the braided cable and re-beaded it. System still did not work so I had them look at it again last November. They told me I might need a new steering wheel assembly.
Just did the system check with the Rotunda tester, and see that all is working fine. But I cannot locate the amplifier assembly.
Here are some more pictures of under my dash:
I believe the assembly is supposed to be attached to the bracket with holes in it shown here to the right of the steering column, but I am not sure:
More pictures:
I am now going to try and locate a replacement F59Z-9D843-AA, but they seem to be rare as hen's teeth.

Have discovered that this may have a replacement in Blue Streak Electronics Original CM3007 Cruise Control Amplifier but I am not finding it in stock either.

F59Z-9D843-AA (replaced EOAZ-9D843-A & E9AZ-9D843-A) .. Speed Control Amplifier / Obsolete ~ 40+ available NOS

Hey Bill, where are the 40+ parts available? I found a source (a place called rearcounter.com) and got the only one they had, but for future reference, where are you sourcing this NOS?
Some of the sources are listed on both sites, some are not.
The 40+ I found was on PartsVoice. After finding this many, I didn't bother searching rearcounter...until now > >
F59Z-9D843-AA (replaced EOAZ-9D843-A & E9AZ-9D843-A) = Lincoln Land in Clearwater FL has 1 = 727-446-2193.
E9AZ-9D843-A = 56 listed at 8 sellers.
EOAZ (E0AZ)-9D843-A = 21 listed at 10 sellers (EOAZ can also be typed as E0AZ).
So, there's 78 listed on rearcounter, but there may be some duplication due to E0AZ/EOAZ

It also fits 1980/94, so I knew it replaced the two part numbers used in the 1980's.
So, you can use EOAZ, E9AZ or E59Z .. Your 1990 would have used E9AZ originally.
