Just to add it here for any future internet searches here are the minimum parameters that need to be achieved for the engine to start (all of this is while cranking):
1. Engine RPM - 100
2. Injection Control Pressure (ICP) - 500 psi
3. Injection Pulse Width (PW) - 0.6 ms
4. Volts - 7-10 VDC

Did you mess with the HPOP other than the lines and fittings?
Try unplugging the ICP and cranking the engine to see what happens.
Check the HPOP reservoir oil level, should be about 1/2" from the top.
Did you do anything to the injectors like o-rings?
Also, the truck was running before the dab was taken off and all of the work was done right?

i have tried cranking with icp and ipr unplugged separately. It took a long long long time to get the hpop resevoir filled to close to the top and took a long time to where i was even getting smoke out of the tailpipe.
