Been doing a flush on my trans lines had it flushing for like 4 days and keep having black little plastic peices coming out of it no stop some times none and other times alot just cant figure out from where. Got new trans been gone through and converter new trans cooler just need to get it cleaned up before install plz help
Did you have a trans go bad and now you're installing a rebuilt one?
If so you may have junk stuck in the cooler. This is why many rebuilders require a new cooler to be installed.
I would disconnect all the lines. Then fill the line with brake cleaner and blow it out with shop air backwards to dislodge and clean it out. Reality though if the cooler has that much crap trapped in it I'd rather replace it.
If you want the new trans to last you need to replace the radiator (to replace the internal trans cooler) and the external trans cooler. You can NEVER flush all the crap from a failed transmission out of the coolers. Sooner or later some piece of the old trans will break loose and find it's way into the new trans where it can grenade that transmission.
I'd say you have better than 50/50 odds "something" has made its way back to that otherwise rock solid tranny.
In theory the external filter should catch "some" things, but it's a terrible design to begin with ---- I'd go with an upgraded 6.4 trans pan and upgraded (internal) filter arrangement too....................
