Got a Smog Check for the pickup truck today. Randomly drove into a gas station. Smog tech would not pass me on the visual inspection. I should have gone to the same shop I've always gone to. That guy does not care about things like aftermarket mods and CARB EO numbers.
What is this "Smog Check" thing you speak of? One of the nice things about my truck is that it's smog exempt It's one of the things that keeps me from upgrading my truck...
There is a young lady who always wants me to do work around her house, or help with something on her car, every time I sleep over. Makes me very hesitant to respond when she sends a text message. Now, when I go over there, I try to make an excuse to leave without spending the night. I think she only invites me to come over when there's a leaking faucet, the oil needs to be changed, or she wants some painting done. I feel cheap and used.
You could double your rate... then you might feel expensive and used
She makes adult videos. ****. Sex, for her, is a form of currency. An item for barter. She does it for money. Since I don't have money, it's how she charges me for a hot meal. If I want to eat, I have to give it up. And after so many hot meals....a fence gets painted, a squeaky hinge gets oiled, some IKEA item gets assembled....................I have to pay for every meal with my body, and still leave a tip by way of handy work & my toolbox. It makes me feel cheap & used.
Heck, I've got lots of tools... where can I get in line?
Now that we are in July, don't forget that the BBQ Ribs Cook-Off is scheduled for the 27th *burp*
Hey, folks... I've decided that I'm not going to compete any more in this event... I'll give it my best shot on the 27th, but after that, I'm not going back (at least to compete - I'll probably still go there to eat and drink... and maybe to listen to Ken Cooper.
If you want to see me compete in the Back 40 Ribs Cook-off, this is your last chance.
Thipdar won't have to hustle ribs & rub anymore. GlueGuy can step up to epoxy. Nighteyes won't have to wait for Tuesday for a taco. Reba will be paying Stewart to see him dance in a tight dress.
Oh, wait, that didn't come out right.
I got an e-mail today. This Nigerian prince is generous enough to cut me in on this money transfer operation. I'm goin to be rich. We're all going to be rich. I'm going to cut all of you guys in on the deal.
There is undeclared US currency in Nigeria. They need help getting it out of there. All that we have to do is facilitate an initial IMF loan to the Nigerian Royal Family, for rebuilding the kingdom. It's only a loan on paper. The Royal Family now makes payments on this loan, with the undeclared US currency. Meaning that the Nigerians will pay us 15% of all the money we help smuggle out, by accepting the loan payments.
We'll all be rich!
This is really happening. A nigerian diplomat has already arranged for the first bank draft . I already gave him my bank's routing number. You guys have to get in on this.
Battery dead in the Sienna, but it is too hot to go out and take it out, not too mention I have no tools to do that anymore. Will have to go to local O'Reilly's and rent a wrench, then take the battery there and see if it is good or bad. I hope it is the battery and not the alternator. Battery I can replace, alternator I will have to pay someone.
