warped plastic?

Took delivery of my King Ranch this week. My OCD friend noticed that there is a curve in the line by the glove box. Would those of you with a 2019 King Ranch take a gander at your's & see if you see the same?

That piece is removable make sure its seated all the way. You remove that and the wood panel behind it to replace the cabin filter.

I took delivery of a King Ranch a couple of months ago and had a very similar problem. The glove box would not close right and the gap was way too big. They replaced the glove box and all is well now. The dealer said there was a TSB about ill fitting glove boxes.

To be clear you are wrong, don't intentionally mislead people. There is no TSB for the piece the OP has in question. There is also no TSB for "cracks" nor is there a TSB requiring these mythical "cracks" to be a certain measurement. Also note there has never been a TSB for a warped KR dashboard. The TSB is only for XL and XLT trims and covers separation and warping.

I have no idea where this information came from. Care to post a link?

Again TSB applies only to the XL and XLT, the OP has a King Ranch. The OP also never mentioned his dash pad, he only mentioned the rubber tray above the glovebox. Two completely different areas.

Mine looked a little like yours when I bought it - I adjusted that rubber piece as ford360gashog mentioned and now the gap is consistent across. As a note, there is about a 1/4" gap even when closed fully.
