Im looking to buy a foil windshield reflector for my 19, F-250. I found one on Amazon that looks pretty nice. They say its for 2015 through 2019 F-150. It says it will NOT fit 2019 F-250.
I thought the cabs were identical?
Any reason an F 150 windshield reflector would not fit F 250?

You mean sunscreen/sun shade? If so, I cant think of any reason why it wouldn't fit.
I checked Covercraft and their custom sunscreens do have a different part # for the f150 vs f250/350.

I highly recommend the Covercraft one. I have had that in all my trucks and it works great. I have the weathertech roll up one in my car and the velcro gives out on first use and it curls at the bottom of the windshield.
It's possible an F150 custom sunshade will work in a SD, but probably won't be a perfect fit. I use Intro-tech folding windshield sunshades in my 2017 F250, 2016 Tacoma, 2016 4Runner, and 2000 Accord. Have also used them in a 2014 Mazda 3 and 2017 Mazda CX-5. Excellent custom fit and easy in/out once you get the hang of it for each vehicle. Have held up very well in daily use on my F250 and Tacoma. Reflective Mylar on one side (for summer) and absorptive material on other side (for winter). A little pricey, though.
I have a Covercraft for my F-350. Works great! It's a nice fit, even with my dashcam. My wife liked it enough that she bought a Covercraft shade for her car.
