Windshield???
I want to know if a 1973-1979 ford truck windshield will fit in a 1967-1972 ford truck. I had a guy tell me that they would and his brother has done this, but I dont believe it!! Is this true???

I just put one out of a 75 that I bought for $50 into my 70 and it fit perfect. If you call a glass shop and have them look up the part numbers they will be the same. Trying to put the chrome in was another story. I finally gave up on the chrome and went without it. I really liked the look of the chrome, but I like my sanity more.

Man! That $409 sounds like Alaska prices. Everything here in Fairbanks costs more. That's why I went the cheap route.

I know, but have you ever actually tried to put it in? It just didn't cooperate the way the instructions read. I just couln'd get it to stay in on one part while working on the other. I tried tape and clamps, but it was just too frustrating. I just don't have the patience for that I guess.
