Guess The OBD Code!!
I'm posting a video of my obd blink KOEO. I have been staring at this relentlessly trying to read the code and I cant figure it out!

fixed this video for you. Appears to be Code 33 in Memory EGR not open intermittently

Thanks for fixing the link! I got 33 as well but the blinks are so irregular I was unsure.
Maybe your tracking with the thread with da_lariot_chariot...could that egr be related to issues with the engine cutting out and stumbling while driving?

ALL - (O, M) EGR did not open/ respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittently - EVP EVR PFE
The O and M mean KOEO and Memory. The EVP EVR and PFE and maybe a short are possible causes as I understand it. Sandy

my check engine came on half way to/from work, turn engine off and start right back, light out? until driven, finally found hairline crack(1" long) in green vacuum line to EGR, I had the miss at speed, but when I stopped miss gone? But EGR only works when at steady/cruise speed

here's a tps check, before you go buy, this place(fuel injection technican library) shows how to test check anything just about, I checked mine today, and the closed volts was too low mine read 0.65 dc volts, should be 0,95-0.999 dc volts, idle was Hi (875-950rpm)

That's 111 all-clear. If it were 33, it would flash 33 twice before the separator, and 33 twice after.

No, it's 111 not 33. Each hard fault code is flashed twice before and each memory code is flashed twice after the separator pulse. If it was 33, it would be 111,111, pause, 111, 111, pause, 1, pause, 111, 111, pause, 111, 111.
I would have thought it to be 2-digit codes also, but it's not.

33 is only a KOEO/CM or KOER code, not a KOEO code.
Disconnect your EVP connector, start your engine twice and rev the engine a few times.
Then check your KOEO test and see if there is any change.
Have you checked KOER?

I've seen 3 digit stock computers back to 1990, but it would not surprise me if a late MY 89 had a 3 digit computer.
Could be a replacement computer.
He should induce a fault to verify.

Every F53 with the E4OD 460 that I have worked with had three digit codes.
There was also a 1989 F-series truck on this Forum not long ago that had three digit codes also.
Was there ever a F-series 460 truck with the E4OD that had two digit codes?
What engine and transmission does the OP have in the truck in question?
