oil drain plug leaking

Hello out there!
Can you believe this...leaking from the oil drain bolt on my 08 F350 6.4 Powerstroke Diesel! Never had this problem before on any vehicle. Have tightened the snot out of it and still a couple of drops on my driveway. Any thoughts on fixing this besides the obvious?

I hope you didn't cause more damage by over tightening it. I've replaced my drain plug on a 6.2 recently. I like the drain plug Honda uses.an aluminum crush washer on the plug.

Take oil plug out and put a new plug washer on. If that doesn’t work maybe oil pan is shot. No need to tighten drain plug too much. 20 ft. Lbs Is good.

you are so lucky..... go get a lotto ticket.

I have replaced many because of damaged oil pans...

gasket or "O" ring.... since forever.. should be replaced every few years...

the oil drain pan.. holds back 5 pounds of fluid.... so WHY hammer it Tight..
its NOT holding up the engine.
