I have been watching you tube videos on backflushing the oil cooler and heater core , so I got a little bored and
decided to make a backflush valve/tool. so I give the backflush 2000 lol.

Nice work! If you can, pour some VC9 or CLR and get it into the heater core & let it sit for a day just to get some, if any, rust and debris out when ya flush it. When I did my entire system, I hit it with the VC9, then flushed it out per youtube DTRon. Then, I hit it again with CLR...and again with simple green. I know...TypeA but I did not want to do it twice

Do you have an option for injecting air?

Some may know why I asked this and others may not.
Air injected helps remove crap when you add that to the fluid your using for the flush.

Looks like the bottom left fitting with the red tag.
I had that FixUr6 oil cooler flush fitting on my truck one year and it started to leak because the crappy gasket material deformed. I might give it another shot, he sent an upgraded seal kit.

Was that the one with the two wrenches? That one "looks" nice and for the price it should not leak.

Right now I am slowly gathering parts to fix a crap EGR delete job and might also do a flush just for giggles.
But before I do that I want to check and see what the ∆ looks like. It will all depend on that. But being I am going
to have the intake off I will be cleaning that out along with checking to see if the STC was done and if not I will.
I am planning on restoring the EGR system so that when I am in The Socialist Republic of Comifornia I don't have
to worry about doing any pit stops. not that I would allow they to scan or even look under the hood.

Yes, I bought it before XDP started selling them on their site. I probably over tightened it but still...I never had to use it so it was pretty much “just in case” and I might actually do a backflush while I have my radiator out for cleaning and do the Sweeting Upgraded Hydroboost lines and fittings.

It’s custom braided stainless hoses with larger port banjo fitting on hydroboost, larger power steering pump fitting and new return lines. Supposedly the stock fittings restrict flow from hydroboost to power steering pump and cause the power steering pump whine everyone complains about (no available pump upgrades) and also boosts braking as well. Here’s a video a member here turned me on to. Jack is skeptical but I’ll try it and be the guinea pig. I have stainless brake lines, severe duty Powerstop brake pads, drilled and slotted Powerstop rotors, a new Motorcraft master cylinder, new power steering pump and did the full flush and bleed and still lack a little in the steering and stopping department.

Skip to the last minute to see how well it stops. I understand a 6.0 Excursion is heavier than a V-10 F-250 but the stopping is very impressive even with the large rubber. Mine has 35” rubber as well.

The truck in the video should stop quicker. It looks like it's always going up hill. Lol.
I'm a bit skeptical myself since there are internal restrictions greater than the lines and fittings but I'd like to hear back on how you make out.
