with the small cups D5TZ-7228-A (replaced C5TZ-7228-A & B, C9TZ-7228-A; D3TZ-7228-A) .. A/T Shift Collar (socket) Kit-Includes D3TZ-7A110-A Shift Dial Pointer / Obsolete ~ 14 available NOS
1965/77 F100/350 / 1973/77 Bronco. This collar is also available from Dorman Products sold by auto parts stores. I don't know if this collar includes the pointer. There are over 1,400 pointers available NOS
I'll list the sources once I know what the other parts you want are. The original shift lever was replaced by a chrome lever w/a black handle in 1973.
Look at the pic at the upper left. Where is the spring and these two cups?

Shift socket
This lever is the style with the roll pin. I had forgotten that some had the roll pin instead of the 2 cups and spring. The socket is all broken up. We can get by with the lever if none are available. The shift socket does have the pointer as part of this casting, but we can get by with one without the pointer. Hopefully we can get a new replacement. D C does not show those parts in their catalog.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.
