How sad for everyone involved. I remember being that age but along with NOT living in a home where any weapons were present the temptation to "play with guns" wasn't a concern. Naturally you have those goofball friends who might have minor minor fascinations with fire but none of that ever turned towards arson---more like burning model cars, army men and such more to see how things melted etc.
I guess the lesson there ^^^ is keep guns locked up at all times. Sadly that then begs the question if they're locked away how effective at home or self-defense would they be?
Hey all, I have no pictures to back it up... but it’s a true Florida story.
Years ago I was in Florida visiting my dad. We were driving down a highway/road somewhere, and came across a pickup truck, I can only assume broke down, pulling a trailer with a fan boat.
They were still mobile though, driving along the shoulder, not fast, but making headway.
The fan boat was pushing the truck....
We laughed and laughed. Wish we cell phones with cameras then, I’d have framed that one.
Haha. Funny. Of course now I’m wondering... did I see that video or something? But, No, I remember it. Probably around 15/20 years ago. Can’t believe that would happen more than once.... I do love Florida.
OK so far you have us Texans beat............., who has the biggest pole.
OMG that's hilarous! I love this line from that linked article: Hatley has a long rap sheet, having been arrested 48 times in Florida since 1971 on charges such as grand theft, burglary and probation violation, the paper reported, citing state criminal history records.
And yet he claims he didn't know snatching a utility pole wasn't legal. With his record he should be extremely knowledgeable about law.
This reminds of something that happened back in my college days. It started out as a way to prank a friend that work at one of the stores and..... what do you mean there's no statue of limitations on this????
