Leveling kit maybe. Unless there is obvious suspension mods from the front which it does not look like considering there are no tubular upper control arms in the pics you shared, it just looks like a 2-2.5" leveling kit. Show a pic from the front bottom. Even google image your model and type in lift to get pics of what it would look like.

There's a coil spring spacer. You can see it. And you can tell because of the upper control arm angle.
2 questions. What is Blue Book value on the truck? How much will the lift kit cost, with rims, tires, gears, & installation? Now you will also need to recalibrate your computer for the new gears and tire size. That's another can of worms. Another consideration is that you may want to upgrade the braking.
