Does anyone know what the dealers or maybe factory use on these while sitting on the lot? I ask because I've noticed that my truck, that's maybe 4 months from the factory (2 weeks for me) still beads water on all glass and paint. Nothing I use on my old vehicles continues to bead water this well for that long. I've seen guys spraying the vehicles down on dealer lots with what I assume is soft water but that alone wouldn't do it.

They probably waxed it.

Sure they would have mentioned anything else.

I wasn't thinking they even put that much effort into the vehicles sitting on the lot unless they can charge for it later. From what I've seen at other dealers its a guy with a pressure washer, and then it just air dries. I was thinking maybe theres something in the spray down that coats everything every time they rinse them off.
