ICP Voltage low after replacing

2003 6.0 Power stroke
I replaced the ICP sensor and the pig tail however after clearing the code Everytime the truck is started the code for ICP circuit voltage low sensor comes back. The idle surging symptoms I had before changing the sensor went away with the new one.

Why not post the actual code number? It might actually help.

Is the ICP sensor an aftermarket one?

Mark I don't know where he is but if he is local to me I may be able to arrange something.
I agree we need to know what the DTC is. It will run without the sensor plugged in and kick
out a code to tell you that.

Your running in the default assumed pressure mode and that si the PCM more of less guessing.
I would recheck the splices and check the pin assignment.

C1244 is the connector and if you look at this PDF you can find the wiring colors.

Thanks I'll check the splice wiring.
Not sure what you mean by default mode? Trucks all stock no tuning.

Meaning that with no input from the sensor the PCM will go into a default mode that has noting to do with a tune.
It is guessing at what it thinks it should see not any real sensor data.
