5.8 start up idle problem

5.8 start up idle problem
92 5.8efi. Had a low idle problem, 450 to 600rpms. Replaced Idle Air Control and the Throttle Position Sensor.
Now my start up idle is 1,000rpm. I manually quick rsv it and the idle is 850, which i believe should be 750rpms. Any thoughts? Im a newbie at efi sensored engines.

Did you set the TPS voltage?

Disconnect your battery for a few minutes for your Computer to forget the old TPS info.
