Well, as I was driving home from Alabama yesterday, I glance down and my SES Light is on..... WTH ?? And my question was, what triggers this idiot light, since as I was driving along wondering.....

BTW.... Everything looked fine. Everything was changed, about 1000 miles ago. Oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, etc

Cruising at about 60 mph... No load... oh.... light went off about 10 miles later... ?

I'll pull codes later..... just was generally wondering.....

 

Hundreds of different codes can trigger that light. Speculation solves nothing.

Did you jump on it once? Sometimes it's a boost higher then normal but goes away.
