Crankshaft Pulley Help
I am working on an FE Ford project and am trying to match pulleys. My water pump pulley is a marked D3TE-8509-AE (p/n: D3TZ-8509-C) which I believe is from a 1973 – 1976 F100/350 360/390 with factory installed integral A/C. Would anyone know what the “matching” triple sheave crankshaft pulley be for a 1973 – 1976 360/390? Any information would be much appreciated.

1973 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C from serial number R20,001 / 1974 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C / 1975/76 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C except California.

There are TWO different triple sheave outer pulleys, the following is listed for your info only, because it doesn't match your W/P pulley:
D3TZ-6A312-A .. Triple Sheave Outer Accessory Pulley (bolts to the balancer) / Marked: D3TE-6312-AA / 7 5/32" inner pulley diameter, 8 13/32" outer pulley diameter / Obsolete
1973 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C before serial number R20,001.

D3TZ-6A312-B .. Triple Sheave Outer Accessory Pulley (bolts to the balancer) / Marked: D3TE-6312-AB / 7 5/32" inner pulley diameter, 7 5/16" outer pulley diameter / Obsolete
1973 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C from serial number R20,001 / 1974/76 F100/350 360/390 with factory A/C
Serial number is the last 6 digits of the VIN

On another note, in a previous thread you mentioned that you “have a source locally (Los Angeles) that has 1000's of new and used pulleys”. Would you be willing to share the contact information so I can purchase the D3TZ-6A312-B and matching water pump pulley?

I'd give you the contact info, but it wouldn't do you any good.
A local junkyard has a huge pile of pulleys, some are Ford, some aren't. None of them are identified by the yard. You'd have to look at each pulley for the Ford ID number.
No one at that yard would dig thru the piles of pulleys, looking for D3TE-6312-AB .. I wouldn't do it either...because this is an insurmountable task!
