2004 6.0 UnderBoost Condition

Hey fellas. I'm having problems with my 6.0. What a pain in the ***. To start, here's my codes I'm getting. P0113 intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high input, p0299 turbocharger/supercharger A under boost condition, p0488 exhaust gas recirculation throttle position control range/performance, p1102 mass air flow sensor in range but low, p0603 internal control module keep alive memory malfunction, p1334 egr/tps min/max stop performance, p0427 exhaust pressure sensor A circuit low input, p0487 exhaust pressure control valve high input. Now that that's out of the way. During acceleration, i can hear my turbo making odd noises. Itll go cha, then it's fine, then cha, then fine. But as it does it, you can feel a power loss. Then pick back up. It alternates every couple of seconds not even. Its sparatic. Now. When letting off of the throttle it goes, CHACHACHACHACHA. Almost like a blow off valve or Jake brake sound. It's the build up boost flowing back out through the air filter if I'm not mistaken. So far I've, cleaned the ebp sensor and tube, cleaned the egr, shot some bs turbo cleaner through my air filter side of my turbo so it would suck it up, cut the honeycomb out of my cat, checked my throttle plate (which I've been told to just pull out and throw away lol!), did some other trouble shooting disconnecting and reconnecting stuff, last but not least, checking electrical connections and harnesses, which seem to be fine. Unless I am missing a set I should be checking. I dunno fellas. I cant recall my BARO, MAP blahblahblah readings, as I did read them over a week again and just now decided to post. Also, I'm brand new to this site. If someone could talk me through posting a video (if you're able to) then thatd probably help a bunch. Thanks fellas!

Shouldve added it's a f250 6.0 4wd. Not sure if that's crucial. Also, I've taken the ccv flexi pipe off the turbo on the passenger side. Where the turbo feeds boost out, which goes to the intercooler then to the intake manifold. When that pipe is removed. Sound stops. Which, makes me believe the boost is either just able to freely flow out of the turbo. Or the intercooler may be clogged.

Even though you can't recall them, you need to verify and post the MAP, Baro, and EBP at KOEO.

Sounds like an electrical or connector issue at the MAF sensor also.

What did you find when you cleaned the EGR valve?

The egr was chalky bust very clean compared to most that I've seen. Usually you can push the valve open relatively effortlessly. I kind of had to pry mine. I want to clean it even better once more and see what happens. But would that being "sticky" cause a massive power loss with turbo bark on acceleration and deceleration. The motor sounds PERFECT. Even the turbo does during idle and low rpms. Start pushing it and it barks and loses boost. I'm borrowing a "super high tech" scanner this weekend. I'll post all my results.

Which 2004 do you have? Early or late (ie where is your ICP sensor)?

You would probably get more input if you would post engine data.

Also, did you even check for something electrical at the MAF sensor?

I read live data once. Didnt write the results. I had .145 boost at idle. That's the only thing I can fully recall. I'm going to read data tomorrow. I did the keep alive memory reset. Turn headlights on, disconnect batteries, short cables out, let sit, turn headlights off, reconnect, run position and wait, off position and wait, repeat, let idle 5 minutes, then drive. Seems to have made a serious difference. But still is happening. What were you saying about the icm? What can I do about seeing if that is faulty? Without having the scanner yet.

I'd read the live data again, VGT, MAP, EBP should tell you (and us) a lot. EBP and MAP need to be functioning correctly to tell VGT to open/close properly.

EBP and MAP look fine, but VGT doesn't look right. Even on the low side it should be 15%. Your rpm is 1206, were you driving when that picture was taken? IE. not in park?

The scanner wanted me to idle to 1200 rpm. But here's a pic at idle no throttle.
